FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, all will be processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are in $USD. We collect sales tax for states within the US where it is required. Please be aware that some international orders will have tax or fees due upon receipt.
COUPON CODES
If using a coupon code that we have advertised, you are responsible for using the code only for the products or discounts that we have specified that if may be used for. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where coupon codes have been used outside the parameters we have stated.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for making sure the shipping address provided is correct BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If you realize that you have made an error, please contact us IMMEDIATELY by EMAIL.
Please do your best to put in the correct shipping address at checkout as some orders may ship same-day and we will not be able to change the address after the order is shipped. We cannot issue refunds due to incorrect addresses.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have packages shipped to a secure location. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages or packages that have not been received even though they are marked ‘Delivered’.
SHIPPING
Processing time:
The time needed to prepare an order is 1 to 3 days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Please be aware that processing time is in addition to shipping time.
United States Orders:
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and include tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information when the product ships.
Shipping time is guaranteed by USPS, not us. We are not responsible for any delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders:
We offer international shipping.
Please note that a few cases, countries limit the size of packages that we are able to send. If you have questions about international shipping feel free to contact us.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are unable to estimate what, if any, taxes or duties will apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you refuse your order, we will refund the cost of the item to you as long as it is safely returned to us. We are not able to refund shipping costs for refused items.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you choose a local pickup option at checkout, you are responsible for picking up your order at the designated location on at the designated time and date. The cost of shipping will be refunded to you after you have picked up your order. If you do not pick up your order at the designated time, we will ship your order to you and your shipping costs will not be refunded.
WOOD VARIATIONS AND SCREEN COLORS
The item you purchase will be made in the exactly same way as what you see in the photo and will be of equal quality. However, each product will be a little bit unique since the grain on every piece of wood is unique.
Also, please be aware that some screens may display colors differently. Although I take great care to accurately show colors through my photos, please allow for some slight color variation from what you see on screen.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us via email right away and provide photos that clearly show the damage so that we can file a claim with the post office.
We will communicate with you to remedy the problem and will work out how to get you a new item or a refund as soon as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, please contact us within 7 DAYS. Any items returned must be unused and in original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 DAYS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING as well as any duties or taxes. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.
