We would love to help you have a painting party with your friends, family, or coworkers.
Our kits are great for events like birthday painting parties, holiday parties, workplace or team building events, and employee gifts.
We can even ship each kit separately to a list of addresses if you’re having a virtual party!
We don’t offer discounts for bulk orders.
We can fill most bulk orders in 2-4 weeks after receiving payment, depending on the size of your order. When you submit the form below we will respond with info about a more exact time-frame.
Please note that during the holiday season we may need more time to complete your order since we are often out of the studio traveling to sell at holiday events. If you are ordering for a holiday party or event, please order as early as possible!

Here’s the info we’ll need from you:
- How many kits you want to order
- U.S. ZIP code(s) or names of countries where kits will be shipped
- Date of your event or date when you need to receive your order
- Which kit designs you want to order.
*It’s ok if you submit the form before you know this for sure. If you need to check with each person who will be painting so they can choose their design, we can send you an easy-to-use graphic with a photo of each design and its name.
WE’LL RESPOND TO YOU VIA EMAIL with
1. A final price that includes the cost of each kit + shipping + tax (if applicable)
2. Turn around time info - when we’ll be able to ship your kits
3. If you have already told us which designs you want:
A private link to a custom listing for your order on our website. It’s like a normal product listing from our shop but no one else can see or purchase it without your link . You can purchase it by adding it to your cart and checking out on our website as normal.
If you don’t know which designs you want to order yet:
We’ll wait to get that info from you before we make the listing. Keep in mind that we are unable to promise a shipping date until we know which kit designs you are ordering.
YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
You’ll do this by purchasing the listing that you can find at the private link that we send you by email. We accept credit/debit card payments, Paypal, or Apple Pay.
WE’LL GET TO WORK MAKING YOUR KITS AND SHIP THEM TO YOU!
We’ll ship on or before our promised deadline, and we will provide you with tracking information.
OPTIONAL: IF YOU’RE HAVING EACH KIT SHIPPED TO A SEPARATE ADDRESS
As soon as possible, you’ll send us a list or excel/csv file with each recipient’s name, shipping address, and kit design(s). We don’t need this immediately after you order, but the earlier we have it the better!
Also optional: If you include email addresses for each recipient we will send each person their own tracking information. We will never use the email addresses for anything else or send any information unrelated to their shipment.
